Asus has announced the upcoming release of the new Lamborhini VX2S series. Here is a look at the features:
- Intel Centrino Pro CPU T7500 with 2.2 GHz and 800 Front Side Bus. Centrino Pro also offers iAMT function for remote IT problems monitoring, control, and repair.
- 200GB HDD with 7200 RPM for faster application (Not confirmed)
- 2GB DDR2 667 DRAM + 1GB Turbo Memory for up to 2 times faster application access and boot from hibernation time, and up to 0.5W power saving
- 802.11N wireless connection speed, Finger Print Scanner and TPM for data security, Bluetooth 2.0 allows 4 times faster data transfer rate and multi-device connection, 1.3 Mega Pixel swivel camera for unlimited communication
- 2nd HDD and 2nd battery hot swappable for larger data storage and longer function hours
- Selected models for Blu Ray ODD and Docking Station as standard packing with Lamborghini logo on it
- Piano Painting, leather palm rest, and rim-like ventilation hole, come with Lamborghini mouse pad, mouse, and leather carry bag
- Spill proof keyboard to avoid data loss or malfunction from accidental water spill
Suggested Retail price is $2,999.00 for VX2S-A1 and $3,999.00 for the VX2Sa2 that includes the Blu-ray and Dock.
